India Post — irresponsible india speed post || consignment number rm[protected]in | |||
Hi Team, My consignment number is RM[protected]IN. This is for the New Pan card I applied for, which was posted by the PAN card Dept on on 20th July 2019 but till now the consignment not received at my residence address.When I complained the same to the India post dept toll free number today agent Ms. Riyanka told me that they did't get any complain for the same earlier. So that means they are waiting for the complain else they will not deliver.Also she suggest to go to the post office & check. Is this the correct way the India Postal dept. taking care for the Government ID Document to the candidate.The India post dept playing with me & till now not get any resolution. Also they are not sure whether I will get the consignment further or not. Even they have as an formality raise the complain ID. But Ms. Riyanka told she is not sure after raising the complain toady when should I get my consignment even not sure when they will revert me back.If this is the condition of the Government Postal service then what is the meaning of the tracking details or speedpost. Need your help on the same within 24 hour, else I will take the help of the social media & Consumer court. as this is the important document which is going to miss/ Already missed by the India Speed post dept & this should be come to the notice in social media how the India post work today & how the post master doing his work correctly.
