India Post — item stuck in chennai foreign post office for 15 days.

An item i ordered from china is stuck in chennai foreign post office for 15 days now. It took lesser time to arrive in india. Why is the delay in india? This is the first time i'm experiencing this delay. Whenever it has come via kolkata or bangalore it arrived quickly. Destination state is karnataka / bangalore. Respected Sir,
Please say what is the timing for a customers at postoffice. Post office says 10:00 am to 03:00 pm. After that not a single work do for customers at mahendru post office. And not do any type of work for senior citizen. They see as a young customers. Postmaster will being as a hero. Plz solve this query. Thank you!
