India Post — item stuck in chennai foreign post office since 15 days

Hi,

I had ordered an item from SINGAPORE on 29th November, 2019. When I am trying to track the product it is showing "[protected]:22 CHENNAI FOREIGN POST OFFICE, Item Received" since last 10 days.

Please look into this and deliver it fast. It took less time for the item to reach India from Signapore than for that item to reach me within India.

My own sister sent one parcel from Norway. Inside parcel item's Baby cloth, Toys, Chocolates around the parcel items total cost INR 18, 000/-. Here Coimbatore District Sundakkamuthur post office staff Custome duty charges- INR 9327/- force to be paid the amount then delivered the parcel. Request you to clarification need

Please clarify the same and do the needful at the earliest.
