I sent a speed post from himachal to guwahati on 5th september 2018 and now its been 11th september and the speed post yet not been received please help me as soon as possible as the courier has some important document. I have gone to correct my adhaar details to gpo, Abids, Hyderabad.but staff member rejected to give me a application form because they will give to the first 20 members only.i wondered is there any rule of that.
