Dear sir, Most humbly and respectfully I would like to inform you that I bought a new mobile for my brother from Mi India that it was lost when I send the mobile through speed post India, consignment no. ES[protected]IN on 04/06/18 From SP Assam Sachivalaya PIN: 781006 and it was delivered to Brij vihar Chandenagar UP PIN: 201011 on 11/06/18, when it was opened there is suraksha college prospectus instead of mobile( Redmi note 5 pro 4GB Ram 64 GB) Bearing EMEI /SN :[protected] So I request you to please kindly take the necessary action. if you are not consider my request, I will do police complaint thank you.
