India Post — My consignment No. CC[protected]IN | |||
I filled a complaint on 13.10.21 with complaint No. [protected] not moving but now the consignment is sitting at Mumbai Parcel Hub from past five days but your Mumbai foreign post says that tehy cant do anything until it reached to them and parcel hub doesnt seems to reply to phone call or mail. So let us know we being a customer should just sit here and watch our parcel being lost or hold at mumbai.Calling any of you feels like a circus jumping here n there with shifting responsibility here n there with no result.Such a big headache India post you are. Please note that no one in India post is taking responsibiltiy for there action in lost of items.I have lost my money with this hence please refund my money which I spent on my family for this diwali celebration.
