[Resolved] India Post — need proof of delivery

I booked a parcel via india post on 9/11/2017. The parcel has to be sent to snapdeal. I tracked that parcel and it has been showing deliverd. But the snapdeal company is refusing that the product has been reached to their warehouse yet. I just need a proof of delivery because they need it to give my refund.
