India Post — no updates on my package with consignment number rp[protected]cn | |
Tracking online shows the status as item bagged on 30/11/2019 02:33:00 china beijing. How ever its been 12 days without an update and no trace of where the package is. I have raised a complaint online with complaint number [protected]. The complaint tracking always shows an error message "unable to get complaint details, please try after sometime!!!".

India Post customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 13, 2019 Updated by pavanbalsani complaint number [protected] closed by India post by updating item delivered on 7th Dec while it was not actually delivered..Last update on 10th states that item is in Kolkata and how can they falsely update with item as delivered as soon as complaint raised in consumer forum.. Please look into this and ensure proper action is taken by India post to actually deliver the package instead of false update to close the complaint...All screenshots attached for proof.   | |
