India Post — non arrival of package with tracking number ch[protected]us

Its been 17 days i am waiting for my important document sent from u. S., usps tracking says that it has departed delhi and delhi post office says that it hasn’t arrived yet. My package was sent through usps priority mail international on 14th of january and on 19th of january, the status says that your package is in transit and departed delhi for ahmedabad which is the final destination. I have called delhi foreign post office several times but no help. I had to reschedule my flight one time and i don’t wish to reschedule again. Any help would be appreciated. Tracking number is in subject line. Thank you.
