Dear team,

I have ordered books from iii (Insurance institute of india), they have dispatcher books on 13th june by tracking number "em[protected]in".

From past 7 days it is showing that "bag despatched to new delhi rs tmo"

But i have not received yet. Please do needful. These are my study material for exam preparation. So request you to take matter on utmost priority.

I've received the envelope in reply to my RTI opened. I have returned it to the postman Mr dighe at Pune . The no of the document was ED[protected]IN. It was an RTI reply from ministry of Law & justice New Delhi

Parcel was dispatched from Pune to Sonipat on[protected] and reached New Delhi RMS on[protected] but since then it has not moved as current status on tracing shows the same.
