I am sending this mail related to unavailability of the information of my consignment that i send to PHILADELPHIA, USA on the date of 23/02/2017 at 13:29 from VISWANEEDAM (560091) BENGALURU. Now its 45 days its not reached the destination. The tracking details showing in transit and the information is incomplete, only showing the information up to February 25 reached in Mumbai.

This is very important document for me something related to my Academic Evaluation. So kindly update the information and it is appreciable if you provide a detail information to my mail

Complaint marked as Resolved

when i go through my account its showing complaint is marked as resolved. but i didn't get any reply from the postal department or from any concerned department. Then how come my complaint can marked as resolved. Looking for a immediate response Thank You
