India Post — non delivery of passport cover

Dear sir
My passport cover has reached to my post office dialgam (192210) jammu and kashmir on[protected] as varified throuh e-track system but they didn't deliver it to my address
Plz take necessary action under rules against the concerned so that in future they may remain careful in duties.
I hope i will receive my passport cover earliest.
