India Post — Non delivery of registered article

Sir It is submitted that i booked a registered article No. RM[protected]IN dated 31 Jul 15 from Trombay Post Office (PIN - 400088) Mumbai which was containing 02 in no. ECHS Medical card & Canteen smart card for my parents to destination at PO - Hazinagar (PIN - 743135), Dis- 24 Parganas North, West Bengal, But till today article not been delivered. I complained this matter online vide complain no [protected] dated 10 Aug 15 but there was no action. Again after putting email request on 19 Aug 15, They forwarded the case to concerned dept. But till now the article not been delivered. Also i reminded the above matter again on 27 Aug 15, 03 Sep 15 & 17 Sep 15, But it has no result. It is requested that due to the absence of that ECHS medical card my parent medical treatment is being witheld and post office are doing their own and my complain is not yet resolve.
