India Post — non delivery of speed post but showing delivered online.

Sir, my sbi debit card was dispatched through speed post vide speed post number aq[protected]in on 17/02/2019.
But till now not reached in destination, however while tracking online it was showing delivered.. I contacted nearest post office physically, but in their records it was not received by post office..
Sir, please help in locating..
