Letters, parcel and even registered parcel not received. Shown delivered on website. Wrong information. Highly disgusting and disappointing. Previously also a complaint regarding non receipt of magazines was done. Other complaint was also lodged. Some improvement in the services for sometime. Again the same problem. Please help

Updated by Surya Mohan Bagla Online complaint to local and senior authorities has no effect. Rather complaint is not delivered as inbox full. Looks nobody takes any pain to look into the complaint.
