[Resolved]  India Post — Non receipt of registered consignment

Registered post consignment No RM[protected]IN containing my pan card come to my vill post office but was returned without even asking or my acknowledgement by the Post Man who knows me very well. Now when I tracked I found that it has been received by the Post office from where it was booked. I want to how can it happen and what to do with the Post Man plz help me out. To get the said consignment
