India Post — non received of general post

with reference to the subject cited above I have the honour to inform you that, I on behalf of All Assam ITI Instructional Staff Association, ITI Guwahati Assam, have duly posted total 48 nos. of general letters through attached Rs 5/- stamp as per weight posted to different ITIs of ASSAM on 23rd December 2019 at Gopinath Nagar post office, Guwahati, pin -781016
Unfortunately not a single letter has been delivered in the proper address still today.
So take a necessary action .
