India Post — Non settlement of R D account on closure

I have opened and a deposit for Rs105000/- with monthly interest and an Rd account no65337/700 was opened to credit the monthly interest of Rs.700\-. Due to some reasons the RD account was lapsed after 25 months . i.e the RD account was run From May 2010 to May 2012 and the value of the RD is Rs.17500/-. The pass book was with Postal agent Mr. Prabhu and second RD account was opened and run till the date of the maturity of my Term Deposit ie is 04/08/2016.
