15 th jan made comolaint regarding my speed post not received yet wgich comtains rc book still no action taken on tht nor reveivwd any indication abt whr is my speed post very very upset with rto system no cooperation frm their end vasai virar rto after personal visit all post nalasopara i called they said its redirected to vasai east vadai east u try to call up not answered single call very very poor service sorry to say
