India Post — not receiving letters to my area

I am govinda rao p, resident at devender nagar, gajularamaram, medhcal (Dist), hyderabad.

We are all facing issues with our area post office from day one.

We are not delivering any letters and other things to any home. Every time make a call and collect at post office only and moreover it is not possible for every time.

Kindly look into this issue.
