India Post — pan card not delivered yet

I have apply a pan card through online, he will send me a pan card dispatched through registered post vide consignment no rm[protected]in on 11/01/2018. It is already been 35 days still not yet delivered. When i have traced on website, it is showing following movement as the last movement-

Additionally, i have call at muzaffarpur rms (Crc) and mangalpur gudaria b. O both, but none responded. Please look into my issue so that my pan card reach on time.
