India Post — parcel in "transfer from office of exchange from past 6 days"

My package with tracking number rb[protected]sg is stuck at transfer from office of exchange (Inb). Next stop mumbai foreign post office, india, mumbai air post office since 10th jan 2018.

The package is being imported from aliexpress and contains a lcd display for smartphone.
