India Post — parcel not deliver and portal shows parcel delivered on 27.12.2018

This has reference to my speed post no eu[protected]in and daily visit to post office millerganj so, ludhiana, courier has been sent from kashi vidhya pith so on 21.12.2018 to deliver me but till date i have not received parcel and online portal shows its delivered on 27.12.2018.
In visit of post office no one is giving any reply and provide pod as i requested so many times to whom your courier partner deliver the parcel.

I m totally surprised no one want to hear my complaint. Last four days i have daily visit the post office and still i have not received pod.

Kindly look into the matter and suggest post office they have to hear my type of complaint because it's not my mistake if courier partner delivered the parcel other than me.
