India Post — Parcel not delivered. Address written by the post office is incorrect

My parcel was out for delivery on 30th Aug'21 and was expectged to reach me on 31st Aug '21. Unfortunately, the parcel that left from the IIM Indore SO has got a mismatch on the address provided. THe parcel is expected to be delivered to bhopal, TT Nagar, harshwardhan, 462003. I am attaching the required documents for reference.
