India Post — parcel not received complaint

This is lokesh sharma fom delhi, i was supposed to receive my rc copy by speed post with tracking number-ed[protected]in

But there is no proper update on speed post website and when contacted post offoce toll free number, i was asking to register a complaint online which i did.

The complaint number is [protected] regsitered on 20/9/2018, 06 days passed but no response on same.

What kind of service is this
