[Resolved]  India Post — Post delivered to the wrong address through wrong post office

An important document was sent to me in speed post from Naval Base kochi post office, 682004 of number-EL[protected]IN to C.V Raman nagar post office, 560093 and it is showing delivered through Vinampura post office but I did not get it. Please help.
