India Post — Product stolen and delivering used clothes

Hi dear Sir / Mam

I booked four parcel from shastri Nagar jaipur

1. CR[protected]IN this parcel booked on 30th April and delivered on 9th May

Customer didn't idea about parcel is already open and re sealed by tape

When she opened the parcel, she found used old cloth and weight of that cloth 150 gram something

When I booked the parcel that time weight is 500 gram

So, in transit someone open the parcel and change the article then re packed the parcel.
I am attaching the proof. Please see that proof.

2. CR[protected]IN this parcel booked on 2nd May and delivery date 9th May but customer refused to take this parcel

Because she not find parcel accurate. At the Booking time parcel weight is 3 kg 750 gram something
At delivery time parcel weight is less so she refused the delivery of that parcel. Attaching the original parcel photo.

3. CR[protected]IN this parcel booked on 5 May delivery date 11th May but customer refused to take this parcel

Because she not find parcel accurate. At the Booking time parcel weight is 3 kg 914 gram something
At delivery time parcel weight is 1 kg 31p gram she refused the delivery of that parcel. Customer share the refused parcel picture. I am attaching the photo.

4. CR[protected]IN this parcel booked on 5 May and original weight is 1 kg 480 gram Something
Delivery date may be 13th May. This parcel booked by same person who booked the 1st parcel

Now, I an requesting if you respond this mail as soon as possible before delivering this parcel.
Check the parcel weight is accurate and articles are safe, any article is not stolen and delivered right article to her

These 4 parcel are booked by same person.
