India Post — rb[protected]sg - transfer from office of exchange (inb)

Hi.
One of my parcel from singapore is stuck at indiapost chennai for past 15 days. It reached chennai office office on 13 aug. It still shows the status transfer from office of exchange (Inb), next office bangalore for past 15 days. The last update was 13 aug.

Can something be done to resolve this issue?
I am tired of checking the status everyday.
