India Post — regarding handover of my passport

Dear sir, i have the honour yo inform you that my passport (Passport no. S323509, file gu[protected] tracking pp[protected]in has been booked at bnpl sp hub guwahati on 14/12/2018. However due to some circumstances it has not been delivered to my address and the tracking haa not been updated after 14/12/18. So kindly request you to delivering my pasaport to my permanent address (Ms. Pahari sengupta, c/0 mrs lucky sengupta, qtr no.56, type iii, f sector, itanagar, arunachal pradesh) by concerned post office. It is really urgent as if have to leave for my educational tour without this it wont be possible. Kindly take this request as your first priority. Thanking you.
