Hi all, A gift was sent from overseas. However, for the past week the tracking comments indicate "retained by customs for unspecified reason". Kindly let me know, if i need to contact the customs office? Or will my package be lost? It would be greatly appreciated, if some one could assist me further! A very poor service of Amritsar gpo office since second time my cheque was sent by income tax office on 27 Dec 2017 reached at post office on 4 Jan 2018 but undelivered and sent back by the respective persons who are liable to be punished for such negligence.
