India Post — retention reason unspecified.

My order from AliExpress has been retained for unspecified reason. It was a gift for me from my friend so please release it as soon as possible. My tracking number is RS[protected]NL. There must be a reason for the retention. Please mention the reason or deliver this parcel to me. Other people in India have this same product without any issues so why is my parcel being retained.
