India Post — speed post ems parcel ex[protected]sg retained by border agency, mumbai customs

I have imported bluetooth soundbar which is custom hold by mumbai customs since april 19 and it shows retained by border agency/security.

This parcel is coming through speed post ems with tracking ex[protected]sg.

Can anyone help to get this parcel as i see customs officer don't show any interest in contacting me for tax payment on that item.
