India Post — speed post not delivered but shown as delivered in tracking details

Address:

Saraswati Road, Karol bagh, Central Delhi, Delhi, 110005

My speedpost no ew[protected]in was dispatched on 12th june 19 and was supposed to be delivered on 14th june but it has not been delivered yet. But as per the tracking details it is showing as delivered but the concern person has not received the consignment yet.
I tried to contact to the concern postoffice but they told me to lodge complain with asking any information. The address it was supposed to be deliver is
318, 3rd floor, network plaza,
Saraswati road, karol bagh,
New delhi 110005

Therefore kindly look into the matter and take necessary action.
