India Post — speed post rc not received and no updates in tracking

This is subham saxena and i was supposed to receive my rc in the month of june by speed post as per speed post tracking numberp ed[protected]in-.

But there is no update on tracking number please help me at the earliest as i want to claim for insurance and rc is required urgently.

I do not understand why there is so much delay and so careless attitude by postal services
