India Post — speed post reached nsh kolkata 4 days before and still not delivered

Hi,

One important document i was supposed to receive on last week. It was delivered on 13th sep 2018 and from there it was delivered to some different address and again returned to nsh kolkata on 14th. On 15 th early morning it is showing dispatched to barrackpore ho but still it was not delivered to me. Barrackpore ho is saying they had not received it.
Tracking no:pp[protected]in. Please help its urgent
