[Resolved]  India Post — still article not delivered to whom I had sent

Respected sir i am pankaja kumar das send medicine to my father's resedential address by speed post from kadugodi s. O, as my mother is a psychiatric patient, so medicine is only avalable in bangalore, its very urgent. Please kindly help me on this.
