India Post — suspend to postman

Sir/ma'am my name is shiv kumar. I live at vill.-banka bagh, post-mursan, thana-mursan, distt. Hathras. My atm card reached to my postoffice by india post but after 2 months till now postman did not post at my house and i asked to postman about his atm. Postman told your atm card have not me when he had have my atm.
Postman of my area do not post all villagers on time.
My requested to you that suspand the my area postman.
