India Post — system and staff are not complying the customer requirement and harassment to customer | |||
Dear Sir I am Dipali Pandit, 72 years old medically sick lady (unable to walk alone) belong to small village of Dignagar (Pin741401) SB Account holder in Dignagar Post office. I was invest in Indian postal MIS scheme in March 2013 and interest was put as Auto RD . After maturity we try to put another two MIS and two Auto RD open from my family other member account (. All paper we ready and several days me and my son visited in our Dignager Post Office but still unable to finish our jobs finish. My son working outside the state and two times he ( 15days +15days) take vacation and came here to finish those works which still not done s . As my observation that Post Office staffs are not interested to work or they create an system when link come only agent work can be done and post office location in first floor where need to used only very straight stair which used by like us medical patient/old aged customer daily are very hard. Post office staff harassing to me (customer) while they called me two time for witnessing my cheque back side signature in same one policy maturity documents My son visited more than 20 days in our post office always see link failure, While customer need any MIS/ RD or any saving scheme get link failure but agent are keeping their documents which are doing after 3PM is proving agent –staff have setting in % Thanks and Regards Dipali Pandit SB [protected] Dignagar-741401 +91 [protected] [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
