India Post — tatkal passport sent on 10 oct still not received - pp[protected]in

Hi, my tatkaal passport was sent on 10 oct with id - pp[protected]in. Till saturday it did not reflect in speed post website. On 13 night its started reflecting as bag despatched to delhi rms (Date 11 oct). I stay in gurgaon and need the passport for travel on tuesday (16 oct).
Please look into this and share status asap. I can even collect it from any post office on monday in gurgaon.
If in tatkaal passport dispatch and receipt within ncr takes 6 days then what is the point of a tatkaal service.
