India Post — tracking information not available after reach to to mumbai airport sorting office

I have send resister from gujarat baroda to south africa on 24/08/2018. Last tracking information was update on 27/08/2018 item baged. Till date nothing updated in tracking information.

I have speak with customer care multiple times but same answer due to system update tracking information will update please wait. Even i have resister complaint but its not properly get response.

Sir my child name is navami Ravindra satari, but in some mistakes in account sukany samruddi account i want to change my child name, i provided all document's in head office, but officers don't take care.
