[Resolved]  India Post — Tracking status showing that "Not Delivered Addressee cannot be located"

My Parcel was booked form lucknow on 16th sep 2022 and reached kanpur on 17th and it was out for delivery on 19th sep 2022 but current status shows "Not Delivered Addressee cannot be located" no attempt was made for this parcel delivery.

Consignment Number : JD[protected]IN and JD[protected]IN.

Please Resolve Issue.
