Greetings of the day!!!
With due respect i would like to bring you in notice that, my transcript/academic report have been sent by ignou, new delhi to wes canada. Which have been received on 19.11.19 and kept on hold in canada-a as custom hold. As i am new in this process i am not aware within how many days they releases those items. Kindly help me out i am literally worried.

My package from Ali express has been at the Kolkata rlo building from the 23rd November 2019, I request you to dispatch it at the earliest as I need it before the 10th of December. I request you to kindly solve this issue on high priority. I have been waiting for this product for the past two months.
