Our client smt. Ranganayaki r s, residing at no. 76, 7th main road, tata nagar, bangalore 560092 had ordered for a saree online in your web portal and has been cheated of her money of rs 1794. While she returned the first purchase, and requested for the total refund of the money, the company compelled her to purchase the second time and sent a saree of very inferior quality. Instead of returning back the cash from the 1st sales return. When my client asked for her money back citing that the second time delivered material was even more inferior quality, the company adjusted the amount for the second time delivered inferior product according to my client the quality of sarees received both the times were of very inferior quality and over-priced.
By uploading colourful sarees on the web portal the company entices clients to buy the items. And when a purchase order of a particular item is made, the company sends a very cheap inferior quality product and swallows the big amount of money. All the customer care numbers given in the website is fraud and does not exist. They continue to cheat people and everyday thousands of gullible customers are loosing their money to this company. This amounts to a fraud with intentions of cheating the customers of their hard earned money. We will be filing a public interest litigation (Pil) against this company at bangalore.
