On 25/06/2023 in the afternoon I received a call from my mobile number [protected] +[protected] in the name of Mrs. Radhika Sharma. I was informed about Indo Shop discount voucher offer on my existing ICICI and SBI credit card profile. I listened carefully to all the information given by Mrs. Radhika Sharma and after that I requested her to send me all the information given by her through e-mail. But, they told me that we have to agree to get the card first and then everything will be communicated via email, so I agreed.
After that he asked me to search SBI collect on google and search Indo shop in it. I searched and they asked me to fill it. But, I got out of it because I didn't believe it. I got their call back. But, I didn't pick that call. At that time I got a call from Mrs. Singh on [protected] from another number and she told me that our process is complete and we have to pay the voucher bill in the next bill. I said that I did not complete the process and why should I pay the bill. But, in a very loud voice, they told you that you have to pay the bill.
After that, I called Mrs. Radhika Sharma's number and talked about it, she also said that you will have to pay the bill you get.
This is how I feel about this company.
01. They just want to push their products on people.
02. Customer representatives of the company have only to fulfill their target.
03. The language used by the representative while explaining the product became very harsh and rude later.
04. If the customer does not want a product and changes his mind during the process
The customer representative was so reluctant to sell him the product when the process was half done
why should
05. Also I was saying many times during the call giving some other examples that while using picnic or food vouchers there are some terms and conditions right? Then they were saying that there are no conditions. However, when reading the feedback from other customers, many of the terms were read as conditional.
