I have orderd the mi a1 mobile it was comming at 2:00 pm,.. Its been 5:00 pm now... I wasted my afternoon by calling the service person... Is this the way to provide the services to customers or clients...
Its not a good way to provide a late service.., i can understand that u might have so many items to deliver but you can't even decide exact time to deliver.

I dropped todays meeting and my college lectures... Just think about customers.

I called like 100 times,.. With different sims also but no response.
