India Taxi Online — services offered was not as agreed

This is in reference to the above online booking made by us for trip from delhi to manali to chandigarh and back to delhi. Travel period as agreed was 20th december, 2017 to 24th december, 2017 night. Total trip cost was rs 31, 000 out of which we paid rs 5000 in advance at the time of booking and paid rs 19000 to the driver for fuel and other expenses whenever he demanded so.

We started the trip on 20th december, 2017 and reached manali on 21st december, 2017 at around 8:00 pm. On next day as per plan the driver was supposed to take us for sightseeing and activities in manali, however he didn't showed up for the full day stating that the vehicle breakdown issues and we had to book another vehicle at our own expenses for a complete day on 21st december, 2017. The following day i. E on 23rd december, we departed from manali in your tempo traveler for river rafting on the way to chandigarh. However, after completing river rafting, while on the way to chandigarh, the driver informed us that the vehicle is still not good to go (Despite having one full day on 22nd december at his disposal to make good his vehicle) and stopped the vehicle at bhuntar. Before halting the vehicle he purposely filled fuel of rs 3000 in the vehicle from the nearby station. He informed us that the vehicle will be ready in an hour or so and will be good to go. However we waited there for nearly three hours but in vain. On communicating your helpline number and the driver we got a similar response that is to leave the vehicle as nothing can be done. We booked another vehicle at our own cost from the halt place till chandigarh and to delhi airport.

We have disclosed the entire matter to our helpline number during the trip and also post completion of the trip.in nut shell you took us only from delhi to bhuntar instead of delhi to manali to chandigarh and back to delhi and charged us rs 24, 000 against the total amount of rs 31, 000 for the original entire trip.

As we have not got any response from your helpline no. We have approached the nch (National consumer helpline) for the same.

Following actions are needed from you in respect of the above stated grievances :
1) we require refund of the money that we paid to you for the trip as the trip was not even 50% completed for which you charged us 77% of the amount.
2) reimbursement of expenses incurred by us at the above two instances where we had to book vehicles at our own cost.
3) a printed valid invoice from your side for the same.

Request you to please revert within one working days if there are any irregularities in the facts stated above. No or inadequate reply shall be construed as deemed acceptance of the above facts and situations form your side and shall be pursued accordingly.

Lastly you are in business wherein you should make our trip joyful and happy and not such painful. Such kind of casual behavior is not at all accepted from your side.
