India Webportal / India.com — request to activate my old account

Dear sir/madam
I have a very old email account with india.com under i'd, "[protected]@india.com". But i am not able to access the same. I have tried many times but to no avail. I have superannuated from the service as a chief scientist in the month of june, 2016. The official institutional mail ids were deleted from our organization. Being a chief scientist in the research institute, government of india, i have given this e-mail id ([protected]@india.com) to several national and international scientific organizations, relevant to my subject (Biotechnology/biology/toxicology). Since, i have forgotten the password, i have tried several times to made an attempt to retrieve it using forgotten the password option. Unfortunately, i could not receive any information. Now i have been informed that the e-mail id will be shut down on may 9, 2019. Hence, i am requesting you please activate my email account for my future research work and others scientists can easily reached to me. At present, i have other email id [protected]@gmail.com.
Please, please, please do it as soon as possible, i shall be grateful. Anticipating a favorable help from your end.
