Yesterday i paid all my dues and even purchased subscription of 50K limit on time, Still my Rupay credit card haven't activated. I reached to customer care for resolve. Instead of resolve my issue they said send your bank statement, PAN Card and Adhaar card to [protected]@dhani.com. I already did full kyc to my account why do you need to document right now? Okay agree with your terms so sent all these document to mail ID but still dhani support team haven''t me reverted back !!
I am totally dissatisfies the customer care / support of dhani, They don't resolve your issue on your time demand instead they resolve on their time. I hope @dhani official will help me to activate my credit as soon as possible.
