IndiaBulls — cheated by indiabulls home loan, not response by them

With reference to home loan app no. 985353 and 985055, which was processed somewhere during july-august 2018, indiabulls housing loan department has not disbursed loan to builder after taking the processing fees against both the applications. After several inquiry with them, i came to know that they were having some financial issues within indiabull and processing fees will be refunded back. Since then a lot of e-mail communications with indiabulls representative has happen but all results in waste of my energy and time. I have not received processing fees refund till date.

Can someone from indiabulls team look into this matter and resolve this issue urgently.
