[Resolved] IndiaBulls — complaint regarding your staff ernakum branch | |||
My name is najla kotta, i took personal loan (S[protected] with emi of rs.14816 from your indiabulls branch ernakulam 2 years ago. I am paying my emi on every 2nd of the month without any fall. But this (November) month there was a due to small amount shortage and you can take track of my loan and verify there is a delay i made in the payment. I got a call from one of your staff named nithin. I told him that i will pay the amount within this month. But he is just disturbing me via messages and calls, which is really annoying for me. The most irritated part is that one of your staff came to my home today (27/11/2019) to warn this. This is the first i am seeing a process like this. I can understand if i cross the month and when i called the ernakulam branch and they used abusive words (Named anoop - area manager) through phone which i can't tolerate anymore. I am planning to face this problem as legally. I would like you to take immediate action for this behaviour towards customers of your bank.
